The ACMO APIs provide a standards-based interface for integrating external systems and applications with the ACMO All-in-One (AIO) Business Suite. This documentation provides the technical information developers and integration teams need to connect with ACMO, authenticate API requests, work with available endpoints, and exchange data with supported ACMO processes.
The APIs enable programmatic interaction with ACMO business data and workflows. They support integration scenarios including data synchronisation, transactional exchange, process automation, and retrieval of processing results across supported functional areas.
Before calling the ACMO APIs, create an application client in ACMO. The application client provides the Client ID and Client Secret required to authenticate API requests. Access granted to the application is controlled through its configured scope bundles.
For instructions on creating and managing an application client, including where to obtain the Client ID and Client Secret, refer to Creating and Managing Applications in the ACMO product documentation.
Store the Client Secret securely when the application is created, as it is displayed only once.
API requests must be authenticated using the credentials issued to the application client. The permissions available to an integration are determined by the scope bundles assigned to that application in ACMO.
When implementing an integration, review the authentication requirements and access requirements documented for the relevant API before making requests.
ACMO provides separate environments for developing and operating integrations. Integrations should first be developed and validated against the Staging (UAT) Server. Once testing is complete and the integration is ready for operational use, it can be deployed against the Production (Live) Server.
Review the environment information provided within the API documentation and ensure the integration is configured for the intended ACMO environment.
Use the API reference below to explore the available endpoints and the technical information required to integrate with ACMO.
For each API, review the relevant endpoint documentation for request parameters, request and response schemas, authentication requirements, and applicable environment details.
Start with the functional area relevant to your integration, validate the required operations in UAT, and progress to Production once the integration has been successfully tested.
